Belmont County Transportation Improvement District
The Belmont County Transportation Improvement District (BCTID) was created by the Belmont County Commissioners to facilitate and foster increased collaboration with local partner jurisdictions and other County, Regional, State and Federal agencies to advance work on various projects and County commitments regarding transportation improvements and to implement and effect a regional approach to transportation improvements in support of economic development in the County and Region.
Regularly scheduled board meetings for the BCTID are held at 9:00 A.M. on the second Thursday of each month.
All meetings of the BCTID Board will be held the Belmont County Port Authority office located at Courthouse Annex 3, 101 North Market Street, Suite J, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950.
